Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment authorization and shipped to the address confirmed at checkout. Available destinations and final shipping charges are displayed before purchase.

For supported destinations, Fast shipping costs USD $5.99 for orders from $0 through $44.99. Orders of $45 or more receive free shipping. Duties, taxes or import charges may be assessed separately where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather or address issues. Check all delivery details before placing an order.

If tracking appears stalled or a parcel arrives damaged, contact service@orqavelo.com with the order number.
