Returns and refunds

Contact service@orqavelo.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in original condition and accompanied by order details.

Wait for authorization before sending anything back. Return instructions, shipping responsibility and any available label will be explained during review. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Inspect the delivery promptly. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, provide the order number and clear photographs. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; bank or provider processing times may vary.

Used, personalized, final-sale or unauthorized returns may be ineligible where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
