Order changes and cancellations

Email service@orqavelo.com as soon as possible if an address, item or cancellation request needs attention. Include the order number and requested change.

We will try to help before fulfilment begins, but cannot guarantee changes after packing or carrier processing starts. Shipped orders must follow the return process after delivery.

When an approved cancellation has already been charged, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Provider processing times may vary.
